Abstract
Cancer is one of the biggest killers today. Radiation and chemotherapy are the most commonly used treatments. Efforts are on to discover methods of treatment that are less toxic for the patients. This article reviews the use of antibodies for cancer therapy. Antibodies, on account of their specificity can be used for less toxic and more effective destruction of tumor cells. Antibodies, in conjugation with other agents are being investigated for their superior anti tumor activity.Downloads
