Abstract
In recent years, various metal oxide nanoparticles have gained significant importance due to their characteristic properties. Nano Zinc Oxide is the most important of all the metal oxide nanoparticles because of its varied properties. This paper focuses on methods of synthesis and characterization of ZnO nanoparticles, its properties, advantages over other materials of similar properties and applications in various fields. Also, various methods to stabilize the ZnO nanoparticles have been discussed.Downloads
